Payments must be made to the office during normal business hours, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.  Money Order or Cashier Checks only.  Personal Checks will not be accepted. 

Be sure to include the fees owed or the payment can not be accepted.  Refer to your lease or give us a call at 480/447-3388.  

In most cases that includes:
$25 Certified Notice Fee and Late Fees.  Based on the date, late fees are as follows:
6th - $45
7th - $50
8th - $55
9th - $60
10th - $65
etc, continue to add $5 per day.
