Mike Morganroth - Property Management Director
  Mike has been exclusively in the residential property management business since the beginning of his real estate career. He is focused on one thing, protecting your investment, and nothing else. Under his management, the property management team successfully manages properties throughout the valley.  As a dedicated property manager for Mosaic Properties, You can rest assured that Mike and his experienced team will always have your best interests in mind.

Mike Kvist - Property Manager
  Mike joined Mosaic in early 2008 as a property manager with the main priority of filling your vacant rental home.  Mike aggressively manages the vacant rentals, collects feedback from showings, analysis of the number of calls/showings/interest in each property, then contacts each owner on a weekly basis to discuss the progress and any changes needed to attract your new tenant.  Mike also manages the application process and will be contacting each owner to discuss the pending application and screening of your new potential tenant.

Alisha Wendelschafer - Property Coordinator
  Alisha has a great deal of experience in the property management field and joined Mosaic Properties in 2009. Alisha's main responsibility is handling the entire maintenance call process for all of our properties. She is often the person you will speak with regarding maintenance issues at your home.  Alisha works hard to coordinate with vendors, owners and tenants to keep all our homes maintenance free!

Maintenance/Vendors
  RE/MAX Mosaic Properties does not utilize any in house maintenance personnel.  We use all third party vendors that have been carefully chosen over the years because of their reasonable prices, great work and dependability.  This in turn keeps your maintenance costs low, we charge only what they charge to fix your maintenance issue.  Mosaic Properties earns zero income from maintenance calls.  We also are not contracted with anyone, so if your brother-in-law is a local licensed plumber we can set up all plumbing issues to go thru him.  We are very flexible and can customize our services to your individual situation.
