New for 2011 we launched our Tenant Resource Center. A few things that will change for you:
1. You will no longer pay your rent through Paylease.com. You can setup one-time Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) from your bank account each month or input a re-occurring payment on a set date. Credit Cards are no longer accepted.
2. Maintenance Requests will now be submitted here. With the added feature of being able to track the progress of your maintenance request and read updated notes as they are entered.
3. Account History and Current Balance available 24/7.
To log-in you will need your email address that matches the one entered in our system. You will then be given a password. After you log-in you will have access to everything mentioned above.
